Jodi Rocks.  However don’t expect her to come mow your lawn after you buy your house.  She doesn’t even mow her own lawn.  (Sorry inside joke).  Alright besides that downside, she really goes to bat for her clients from what I could tell.

For Example:
A) Constantly calling the other flakey Realtors and wondering what was going on with our offers and/or contract.

B) Lining up top notch inspection companies and mortgage companies.

C) Constantly showing us houses since we were in a bracket that had a lot of buyers with more buying power than we had.

D) Giving us great advice all the way about both the market and the area we were moving to.

She wasn’t the first person we went to, but she made up for it in so many ways.  Her family friendly attitude and style is more than comforting during the crazy time of buying a house.  I’m pretty sure I bugged her to the point of driving her crazy, but she didn’t show it.  I would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling in the Brentwood Area.

It was a pleasure having Jodi as our Real Estate agent.  She made things very easy for us and she was always honest and straight forward with us.  She never made us feel inferior for asking any questions and she always had a valid answer.

She is also very dedicated and not at all flaky.  When she says she is going to be some where she’s there and she responds to various forms of communication very quickly.  I could email and send her text messages at any time and she would usually respond that day if not right away.  I think she has her email going to her cell phone so if she’s not busy she tries to get back to you as soon as she can.

She understood what we were looking for in a house after she got to know us a little bit and we are very happy with the house that she helped us get.   She also knows the other agents in the area very well, she knows which ones are flaky and which ones are more likely to get your deal done and she’s not afraid to let you know it!

She actually called a few of them while we were looking at the house just to see what kind of status the house was in and how many offers the house had before we even left the house!

She recommended a great home inspection, the guy was very through and went over the whole inspection with me so I could see everything that need to be fixed and answered all my questions and showed me exactly what he was talking about in his report which made it very easy to go back and fix most of the minor problems myself.

If and when we move, I will be sure to let her have the listing, I think she’s more than earned it!  I even recommended her to one of my relatives that was looking for a home.

After many failed attempts to find a Real Estate Agent that fit my families needs rather then their own I was refered to Jodi.  Jodi went above and beyond to get my family and I into a house and to make the process as smooth as possible.  Without her due diligence we would of never got into our current place.  To make a long story short, Jodi called the bank everyday because the bank did not take our offer seriously.  She also set me up with the financing after my current one backed out last second.  We literally only had 4 days to spare before the law changed that I could not have 100% financing.  Not only did she basically close the deal but we only had a 2 week escrow.  My family and I still keep in touch with Jodi and she has been very helpful with any question I have have about real estate and the great town of Brentwood.  Thanks again Jodi!!!

Jodi is amazing!  She manages to stay on top of all the details of her transactions so that there are no unpleasant surprises.  After dealing with at least five different agents who were all either incompetent or unethical, it was difficult to find an agent that we felt we could trust.  Jodi immediately made us feel that she cared about our needs and that she was a professional.  She helped us buy a house when we had an extremely tight deadline and when we had to do a short sale, she was also there for us. Jodi made the short sale happen despite the fact that our lenders were less than cooperative.  She communicated with us constantly which helped us feel less stressed during a very stressful time.  We really appreciated the fact that Jodi was so well informed and willing to patiently answer my endless questions.  We feel extremely fortunate that we found Jodi and I am looking forward to working with her again when we are able to buy another house.
